who are we?

After starting out in the Floor Screeding industry in 2003, establishing as a Sole Trader in 2005, and becoming a Limited company in January 2014, A.H.Finishings Ltd now has 17 year’s experience. We have a very well-known name and reputation in Essex and come highly recommended by most for the high standard and quality of our floors. In recent years our name has begun to be recognised beyond the county, branching out into London and the South-East of England.

A.H.Finishings Ltd is a rapidly growing business with a wide portfolio of projects that have either been completed or are ongoing. Please see below for some of the building and construction companies we have completed works for. Our multiple Screeding Teams allow us to run many projects at the same time.

We are unique in the fact that we encourage all of our clients to treat Floor Screeding as its own entity. Whereas you would normally find Screed in a combined package with Dry Lining and Plastering, it is far more cost effective and efficient to split it away from the others. This has been a very successful and welcomed change with all of our clients. Screeding is a Specialist Skilled Trade and we believe it should be treated as its own package.
